Insurance, registration, tax, loan payments and other costs are recorded alongside fuel and service, so cost per mile and spend by month include everything. A recurring cost with an expiry date becomes a reminder.
- The vehicle report is a PDF of the vehicle's history. Choose the sections to include; your choice is remembered.
- The tax-year summary totals costs per category and currency for the year you pick.
- The mileage report totals business trips at the rate that applied on each date.
- CSV export and import cover the main record types, for moving in or keeping your own copy.
Free plans chart the most recent twelve months. Nothing older is deleted; paid plans simply show all of it.
