Recalls

LugNote checks the United States NHTSA database for recalls on each vehicle's year, make and model. Any plan can check on demand; paid plans re-check on a schedule and notify you once per vehicle when something new appears.

NHTSA's public data is not specific to a VIN, so a listed recall may not apply to your car. Each recall links to NHTSA's VIN lookup. Mark it as not applying to your VIN, or as resolved once the dealer has done the work, and it stops counting against the vehicle. A recall you have acknowledged stays visible in a neutral colour.
