Quick add is the fastest way to record anything. It opens on the vehicle you are looking at and lists every kind of entry: fill-up or charge, odometer reading, service, repair or upgrade, a cost such as insurance, a warranty, a trip, or a document.
A fill-up needs the total and the volume; the price per unit is worked out for you. Untick "Filled the tank" when you did not fill up, and efficiency skips that stretch rather than report a wrong number.
Offline? Fill-ups, charges, odometer readings, service records with their parts, costs, reminders and trips (start and end) are saved on your device and sent when you are back online; they show under "Waiting to sync" on the vehicle until then. Photos, receipts, tire readings and warranties need a connection. Install the app from the account menu to open it with no signal at all.
On a paid plan you can photograph the pump display instead of typing. The reading is offered for review; nothing is saved until you confirm it.
