Every record has a date, odometer, cost, notes, tags and a shop. A record can be broken into lines, each marked as a part, labor or a fee, and a part can come straight from your supplies so stock goes down when you use it.
Shops live in the household's provider directory, so you pick one rather than retyping it.
Checklists, on paid plans, are reusable lists such as a pre-trip or seasonal inspection that you run against a vehicle and keep as a record.
