Supplies are the oil, filters and parts you keep on hand, shared by every vehicle in the household. Each has a quantity, a unit, a cost, and optionally a low-stock level that raises an alert and appears in your monthly summary.
Say what a supply is used for, such as engine oil, and Quick add offers it from stock when you log that service. Using it adds a parts line to the record and reduces the quantity.
Scanning a parts receipt or an online order confirmation, on paid plans, lists each line and lets you decide where it goes: into supplies, or onto a vehicle as an upgrade record with its own warranty.
